Procedures for applying for a visa for residents of certain countries

Only people from the listed countries can apply for admiss

Tuition and other related fees for foreign students: excluding the 50,000 NT deposit, uniform fee for freshmen and the additional 6 months of health insurance fee for freshmen in the second semester, approximately NT$170,000 per semester(NT$340000 per year). Transportation costs and other additional expenses are not included.

The 50,000 NT deposit will be returned after the student graduates or leaves school.

Laws&Regulations：

Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan

1.申請人須符合教育部「外國學生來臺就學辦法」規定。

2.外國學生，指不具國籍法第二條所稱中華民國國籍，且未具僑生身分者。

   但原具中華民國國籍，自內政部許可喪失國籍之日起未滿八年者，不得依本辦法申請入學。

3.依據臺灣外交部領事事務局—外國留學生申請居留簽證手續說明，現階段開放享有免簽證國家來台就讀

可報考國籍如下：

前項為就學簽證，如依其它簽證入境亦可，如依親申請居留簽證者不在此限。欲採用其它辦法者請參考附件十之說明。

  須年滿12歲

  具備當地國小、國中畢業或同等學歷之資格者。 

　　1.依各國教育學制系統繳交相當我國國小6年(申請國中部新生者)成績單。 

　　2.轉學生需附同學程完整成績證明、在學證明。 

　　3.護照效期：必須3年以上。6年(國高中學程共6年)以上為佳。(如效期未達三年以上，造成任何損失自行負責)

  身體健康狀況良好，附有當地合格醫院開具之英文或華文健康證明者。

  中國大陸、香港、澳門學生欲報考本校者，需先確認貴國入台灣就學之相關法律規定應以何依據出國就學，以免取得本校入學資格卻因未達貴國法律規定標準而無法順利入學。居留簽證辦理方法請詢問當地台灣駐外館處。

   目前台灣的現行法令陸、港、澳(非免簽證國家，因此辦理就學簽證)或其它非免簽證國家學生入台灣就學的情況如下：

常見問題：

1.入學時間？　答：每年8月下旬為開學日入學。無法提早入學，中國民國教育部亦規定校方不得「寄讀」。

2.學術科內容及時間比例？　答：國中部早上學科，下午術科；高中部相反。

3.學科內容為？　答：國文、英文、數學、自然(物理、化學、生物、地科)、社會(歷史、地理、公民)。

4.餐點情況？　答：目前是合菜，在班上盛菜，四菜一湯，特殊日子會加菜。

早、午餐各50元，晚餐50元。水果：星期一〜五提供，飲品：星期二、四提供。

FAQ:

1. When is the admission date? Answer: The first day of school is the bottom of August every year. Early admission is not possible.

2. What is the content and time ratio of academic subjects? Answer: Junior high school students study academic subjects in the morning and practical subjects in the afternoon; the high school students study the opposite.

3. What is the subject content? Answer: Chinese, English, Mathematics, Nature (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology), Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civics).

4. What about meals? Answer: Currently we serve dishes together, with four dishes and one soup. Additional dishes will be added on special days. Breakfast and lunch are $50 each, and dinner is $50. Fruits: Available from Monday to Friday, Drinks: Available on Tuesday and Thursday.
